Hi Natalie, you feeling any better? Did you stress dose? Well I personally could not stress dose on Dex, if I did I only went up a half of what I was taking at the time. Cause if I took more than that it would really mess with me, the few times I did stress dose more than that I had trouble with spiraling afterwards (emotion wise) Not every one is like me, so I can't really give ya advice on how to stress dose.
