I agree that the fact that hydro worked so well for you is strong evidence in support of a LOCAH diagnosis. However, I think I wouldn't volunteer the info that I self-medicated right away. Maybe wait and see what approach the dr wants to take. Maybe he will want to test for LOCAH just on the basis of your test results. But if you can tell that he's not going to do that, then you could say, "Well, actually,..."
