Hi, I'm 38 now and I take 15mg of Cortef. I take 7.5 at 3am, 5mg around 10, and 2.5mg around 5pm. Every now and then when I know I'm gonna have a rough day I'll take 10 at the 3am, or 7.5 at the 10am dose.
