I had a bad sinus infection around Thanksgiving and I ended up using a neti pot of sorts...It's an old yoga technique of washing out the nasal cavities with a mild saline solution. If you do a search on Neti Pot you'll find information. I just bought a plastic bottle version that I found at the drugstore with prepackaged salt packets. I know it sounds pretty weird, but it actually helped quite a bit so it might be worth a try.
