My NCCAH daughter Halle always had a patch of dry, scaly skin on her leg that never responded to creams, moisturizers, etc. Well, we recently noticed that this patch has spread significantly. There are now many, many patches, all over both legs and one arm! It's a rash, but not red at all...There are just numerous patches of very dry, sandpaper-like tiny bumps. No blisters, no swelling, no redness. She says they itch and sometimes hurt. Is this eczema? Could it be an allergy to the Cortef? We only noticed that it's spread since she started treatment in December!
