Do you know what kind of CAH you have? There is a kind, 11 beta deficiency, that is associated with high blood pressure. Also, are you taking any steroid treatment, or just bcp? Usually low bp is typical of CAH (except for 11 beta), so your situation is surprising, especially at your age.
