I'm a little confused--are you diagnosed or searching for a diagnosis? If it's the latter, then your first hurdle will be to get your 17ohp tested, if it hasn't been already. Be sure that it is tested in the morning (around 8 am) and during the first part of your cycle. If that is over 200, then they should do an ACTH stim test, which is how they diagnose LOCAH.
As far as treatment, I spoke last week with an endo who just finished his residency and he told me that LOCAH is not even treated. I politely disagreed with him, but I was shocked to hear him say that. I thought since he was fresh out of school that he would be up on all the latest. Good luck!
