I can't really help you with your infertility questions, but maybe someone else will answer that. Also, you can just read through the messages already here, as this question comes up pretty often. Are your periods regular now? If so, then you have a better chance.

Why did you stop your medicines? It sounds like you felt better while you were taking them. As far as a cure, I don't think that if you truly have an enzyme deficiency, it could just go away. But I think some women are misdiagnosed and may just have a hormonal imbalance that does straighten out with treatment.
