Prelim Test Results - Feedback? Mar. 27th, 2007 2:33pm
I got a voicemail from my endo today saying that my results didn't show any indication of adrenal hyperfunction. He said I was very sensitive to the 1mg dex (suppression test) and my cortisol suppressed to .8, my DHEAS suppressed to 199 and , my 17-OHP suppressed to 15. I left a message for him so I could ask him some questions but I'm hoping to get some feedback from those who know before talking to him.
My DHEAS still seemed pretty high to me. If it was LOCAH, would the 17-OHP have gone all the way down to 15? He didn't check the 17-OHPreg. Should I ask him to? I think I'm going to ask him for a stim test but I don't want to come across as a know it all. I just need to find an answer. I'd be happy if he would give me spiro or something to keep me from going bald like my mom, but I really need to figure out why I have no stamina and I can't exercise.
Does anyone have any ideas what might present like this??
