re: high cortisol in non-CAH daughter
Mar. 27th, 2007   3:22pm
It could be her kidneys failing to eliminate used cortisol. Are her aldactone levels also high? If they figure out the problem, please post to say. I've been in and out of the hospital with all the symptoms of repeated adrenal failures, but they won't say what it is because I test as having abnormally high cortisol and aldactone levels. Maybe it's the kidneys, a lot of times my urine is green and smells like gasoline or kerosene. The doctors say "we don't know".
