Do you mean aldosterone instead of aldactone? Aldosterone and cortisol are both increased with stress. Are you under some kind of physical or emotional stress that would explain it? I think that is the reason my daughter's cortisol tested high--she suffers from chronic hives, so her body is under stress all the time.
