Most of the lab results I've seen were ng/dL. If I'm converting right, then yours would be equal to 480 ng/dL, which is high. If it is over 200, then usually a stim test is done. Usually a stim test result over 1000 gives a diagnosis of LOCAH. If yours was 920, then that's awfully close. I don't really know if levels change over the years, but they can certainly fluctuate.
