I too had problems with infertility - in fact I had no periods if not on Dexamethasone - EVER. I was diagnosed at 19 because of lack of periods.
The good news is that I did get married at 25 - and at 27 I had my daughter. I was careful to take my dex every day though - throughout my pregnancy, nursing, and forever after. When I think back to how my life was before taking Dex fulltime (I fooled around with taking it, not taking it, etc for several years) and how it is now.... there is no comparison. Today I can do anything.... hiking, camping, running, working really hard, etc etc. I could never do that before being on steroids fulltime. I just didn't have the energy.
Dex has been good to me. I feel good - I'm happy - I'm not tired all the time.
