I have pointed it out to the endo. It's just a sign of excess androgens, which of course can be caused by PCO or LOCAH or maybe some other things? My daughter's 17ohp was high, just not high enough to be diagnostic of LOCAH, so she's probably a symptomatic carrier. Of course, on this latest testing, the endo said her results were normal, but she had been on pred for over a year, so I think his methods are all wrong. Her 17 ohp level was something like 170 even still (haven't seen the results yet). At this point, I'm just trying to get a dr to order genetic testing.
