I would think that if anyone wanted to fake lab results, they would make it look normal, not extremely high or low.
Are you saying that after stimulation your cortisol and aldosterone levels were very high? What were the actual baseline and stimulated levels? I don't see how that would rule out a late onset diagnosis; in late onset, the cortisol and aldosterone levels wouldn't necessarily be low.
I'm not familiar with Lipoid Hyperplasia; what are the symptoms?
