re: re: re: re: (to Kat) crazy labs
Apr. 27th, 2007   2:46pm

Um that 17 ohp was actually kinda low to me then, with it being almost 2 days without taking it. Here is an example. My daughter forgot to take her nighttime dose one time and had labs done in the morning. Her 17 ohp was over a 1000ng/dl.

Reason why I asked is because without steroids then that number isn't too bad, with steroids thats too low. Especially 48 hours after a dose. My daughter has been oversuppressed lately and her 17 ohp has been coming back in the very low 100's 6 hours after 3am dose.

Your daughter's 17 ohp should have shot up, correct me if I'm wrong anybody????

I also find it strange that your daughter can actually produce that much Cortisol, if she truly had locah wouldn't that be impossible?

Also high Cortisol levels can disturb memory and the ability to focus, and cause fatigue.

I sure hope you all can get to the bottom of this. She lucky she has a mom like you.

M1
