So doing a little reading, I see that it's probably not 21-hydroxlyase insufficiency.  Back to the drawing board to find out where the excess DHEA-S and testosterone are coming from.  NOW we have elevated baseline 17-OHP.  Blood work would seem to indicate PCOS, but the symptoms don't fit with that diagnosis.

There was one very, very odd thing though.  I was having pretty nasty cramps the morning of the stim test.  About fifteen minutes after the cortrosyn injection they went away, and didn't come back the rest of my cycle.  Any ideas on THAT one?
