Hi Kat,

From the top of my head (and I am very tired) nothing seems clearcut towards a LOCAH diagnosis. Other medications like Yasmin and only a couple of days off steroids, could cloud the figures of course. Kelly is correct, the cortisol level is not usually taken as a diagnostic factor in LOCAH.

I am interested in her serum sodium being 134 - which is certainly a downward trend.

Has she had any scans like pituitary or adrenal? Has she ever had a plasma renin level done?

I really don't know what more I can add apart from the fact that there seems to be some pathology going on and it will be a matter of searching for it. Is your daughter aware of your extensive health search on her behalf?

Sorry at this point I can't be of more help.

Megan
