You could try the logical approach. Because your daughter has a full case, you are at least a carrier; and since you are a carrier then at least one of your parents must be a carrier; so there's a 50% chance of your sister being a carrier. And since it's known that some carriers have locah symptoms which match hers, she should have herself checked. Especially before she has any children.
