If by H test she meant 17-Hydroxyprogesterone, which is a likely test to have been given, she could still have CAH even if it's low. If she has 3-beta-hydroxysteroid deficient CAH, it would be low. While that was previously called "rare", in the last few years many women have been diagnosed with it, whereas in the past they might have been told PCOS instead. Maybe not so rare once someone recalculates the statistics?
