I have had LOCAH for 10 years now. I do have hot moments, & have battled nausea & dizziness, maybe that's what you experience as a panic attack, due to extreme water retention. These symptoms get worse when I'm PMS'ing, like yourself. I have gotten better & relapsed more than a couple of times. Unfortunately, I'm in a relapse period & still experience this. I know the frustration.
