I had to stop the dexamethazone (0.5mg) b/c I get panic&anxiety attacks. The medication intensified them and it gave me the feeling of having the shakes inside. (I did not like that!!!) but yes I also had breast tenderness and bad cramps, even though I wasnt do for my period. each person is different but I would keep an eye on it... take care
