Something just occurred to me. Your ACTH level is so high that you should probably compare your hormone levels to the normal ranges for a stimulation test, not against normal for baseline levels. Because when they give people stimulation tests, it's just to give them a ACTH level as high as your's is anyways.

So if that's the case, your 17-oh-pregnenolone is really low, normal 17-oh-pregnenolone for *stimulated* is 290-910. And your 17-0h-progesterone is also really low. And your cortisol isn't just ordinary low, it's wicked low.

If this thought has any merits, then 17-alpha-hydroxylase deficiency or StAR deficiency might also be possibilities.
