First thanks to everyone for all your great help. I am going to anser all the last posts here. I am now seeing a new Endochronologist. I saw her for the first time a week ago. The previous Endo is the one who said I was too fat for steroids. I am about 75 pounds overweight and told me not to worry about the ACTH levels. My primary doctor called me when she say the blood test results and told me I had to worry about the ACTH levels as this could be life thretening with my 24 hour cortisol being low. She got me the new Endo. The new Endo felt a tumor either on the pituitary or adrenals needed to be ruled in or out first. Hence the pituitary MRi which thankfully came back fine. I expect I will hear ( or I will call) from the new endo tuesday or wednesday. Unfortunitly, Mel my eyesight has deteriated tremendously over the last year. I had no idea this could be related to the low cortisol. I had a super duper eye exam a year ago to try and figure out my eyesight has gotten so crazy. I have water with me at all times. If I get dehydraded at all I feel so sick and get the shakes. I didn't know this could have to do with cortisol either. I am going to ask the new Endo to schedule a stim test ASAP. I have suffered long ago. My guess is I have a rare form of LOCAH and I want to feel better as soon as possible.

PS. I guess if this ENDO can't figure it out I need to book an appointment with DR. House.
