I completely understand where you are coming from and sympathetic greatly.  I am now 36 yrs old and wasn't diagnosed with LOCAH until I was 30.  I had symptoms since mid-childhood, but no doctor ever diagnosed this disease.  It can go undiagnosed for years which is one of the problems.  As a child, teen and young adult I was sick often.  I had dizzy spells, poor immune health, frequent illnesseses and constantly and missed alot of work and school/college.  Life was extremely difficult and still is sometimes.  I started out on Yasmin and Spironolactone (caused dangerous changes in potassium/sodium balance), but since changing Endos I now am on Dexamethasone (.25mg) every night for one month now.  I will see how this works, but because the long term effects are not clear, I may not stay on it for too long.  Stress is a problem for people with LOCAH so try to limit it as much as possible.  I am a Christian, and so of course I find prayer to be very helpful.  And, I am definitely praying for a natural alternative to steroid therapy.  Some herbs (like licorice) help lower androgens, but none are near as effective as drug therapy.  Continue to keep your spirits up.  God bless you.
Hope
