To Mary: 17ohp tests should be done during the follicular phase of your cycle (first week) because it rises after ovulation, but even during pregnancy the normal levels are not over 2000. Do you have copies of the lab work? Do you know what the units were? If your daughter's 17 ohp was over 3000 and the units are ng/dL, then she doesn't even need a stim test for a diagnosis of LOCAH. Also, precocious puberty is a symptom of LOCAH, so she is symptomatic.
