I had the adrenal stim test today. five minutes after the doctor gave me the injection I felt absolulty amazing. It was as if someone turned on the energy battery inside of me. I had energy and wasn't dizzy for the first time in so so long. The doctor today told me she believes I had Cushings disease for years that was never diagnosed and the result is my adrenal glands have burned out and I now have addisons disease. I should have the results by friday and a deffinite diagnosis and if it is what the doctor suspects I will be starting prednisone. How I could have been under the care of an Endo all these years who missed this is absolutly appaling. the important thing is now I am going to get well. I encourage everyone to never give up in their fight to get better.
