Late Onset Adrenal Hyperplasia in ex 25 week preemie Jun. 26th, 2007 5:49pm
My youngest daughter was born at 25weeks and was diagnosed with late onset adrenal hyperplasia. She is not on any meds at the moment but is closely monitored by her endocrinologist. She has slightly pertruding genitalia and a slightly deeper voice than most. I am concerned that she will not be able to have children even though her ultrasound showed normal reproductive organs.. I am so worried.. What is a Mom to do??? Any insight will be appreciated..
