I live in Mississippi, so heat is always an issue. :) However when I get really hot, my head starts to itch really bad! Sometimes it feels like my scalp is on fire. When I exercise, my head itches and my face does get pretty flushed, but I contributed the flushed face to my being overweight. I guess I never thought about that as being related to CAH.
As far as the cysts go, I actually don't have any. Ovarian cysts have never been part of my diagnosis. Also, my libido is pretty high too, but generally, I am a pretty calm and relaxed person.
What kind of sleep disorder do you have? My only irregularity about sleep is that I do alot of it! :) I can sleep anytime, anywhere. But sometimes at night, I do toss and turn a great deal.
