Brunrouge, I have both LOCAH and PCOS. I am double whammied with adrenals and ovaries producing androgens. In the early stages of being diagnosed with LOCAH the docs didn't see any cysts but now several years later, I have enlarged ovaries with the string of pearl like cysts.
I am also trying to conceive and trying to find a doc that knows what is going on and trying to get my steroid correct to get my levels down to conceive. I hope this helps
