I was diagnosed with LO CAH a few months ago, at age 38, while I was seeing a Dr. for infertility. I also get a red face very easily, sleep a lot, have excess hair, irregular periods, insulin resistance, high blood pressure, belly fat, fatigue, and poor response to stress. I had a blood test for a baseline and a stress test on my adrenal gland. My number for the baseline is usually normal, but not always, and my stress test was over 2300 which is considered a positive result for the diagnosis. I had a baseline test that was around 700 and that was the number that made the Dr. suspicious of that I might have CAH. I don't have PCOS.
