Yes, your testosterone level is high, but not excessively so. I have no idea why it would go down and then back up. When they do the ACTH stim test for LOCAH, they are mainly looking at how high the levels of 17 hydroxyprogesterone go. It would need to go over 1000 for a diagnosis of LOCAH. But there are other things that can cause high testosterone, such as PCOS, and other treatments for high testosterone, such as Yasmin (a birth control pill), and spironolactone. Sounds like you need to discuss this further with your endo.
