re: re: re: Kidney and Adrenal connection

Thanks for your reply. I am not definite it is kidney pain, it could be adrenal pain (which i didn't know is possible- do you know anything about that?) Other symptoms are bone pain, which i have researched a bit into and it is supposed to be a sign of kidney problems. I have had every type of scan of my bones and the only thing that came back was that my bones are thinner than they should be (possibly due to the dex. usage). No doctor would entertain the theory that it was renal bone pain even though i said i was having pains in that area. I have been to Chinese medicine doctors and they confirm that my kidney function isn't that good. I have taken herbal medicine on and off for several years but it doesn't fix the problem. I was taking between 0.25mg and 0.5mg dexamathasone which the endo said was sufficient to cover my adrenal problem. It did nothing for the fatigue problem.

As a child i was pretty quiet and would go to bed early every night and sleep also when i got home from school. My mum mentioned this recently since she sees nothing has changed. But now that i don't have time to sleep whenever i want it is much more noticeable. Now I can sleep all day Saturday if I have the chance, just to catch up. It also affects working since I often quit my job to take a few months to recover from a few months of working full-time. It is a bit of a weird existence.

Look into it for your daughter so that hopefully they can get to the bottom of it early for her. Hope to hear back from you any ideas and information you might have.  :)

kathy
