It sounds like you are talking about the dex suppression test, which is a screen for Cushings, not LOCAH. It doesn't check 17ohp levels, but cortisol levels, to see if they are suppressed by the dex. If not, then you could have Cushings, which is elevated cortisol levels, which might explain panic attacks. Let us know when you get your results.
