Have you had an ultrasound of your ovaries done yet to see if you have any cysts? Did your Dr. also rule out PCO(s)???...the higher testosterone sometimes occurs with PCO I believe too. I have high DHEAS but the testo is totally normal. I have CAH. If your doc does an ACTH Test he will know if your symptoms are really due to late-onset CAH or not. He should do that tests before prescribing meds for your condition--this way he knows for sure if you have a problem with the adrenal glands or if it is rather a problem with the ovaries.
