I had an ultrasound but it came back normal. So I guess that means they found no cysts. But then I read that some people have pcos without cysts so I guess it's not completely ruled out yet.
I checked my lab sheet and ACTH was circled, so looks like that's one of the blood tests they're running. They're also checking my thyroid and cortisol levels.
