I'm not sure about your cortisol level. I suspect that, as you said, the test only measures what you are producing, which is being suppressed by the dex. Are you extremely fatigued? I would think you would be if that is all the cortisol you have available. What did the dr say about that? As far as the 17 ohp, it is ok for it to be a little high. They are more concerned about your androgens, which seem to be fine. In fact, since your testosterone was good before your diagnosi and your DHEAS was only a little high, I'm wondering how they diagnosed you. Did you have an ACTH stim test?
