I'm afraid that I can't be of much help, but I believe that your 17 ohp levels are not high enough to be diagnostic of 21 hydroxylase deficiency, the most common kind of LOCAH. What were your 17 hydroxypregnenolone levels?
My first thought when reading your post was metabolic syndrome X. Usually people who have it are overweight, but I have a friend who is slender and athletic who was diagnosed with it. She struggled with fatigue, but now is dramatically better. She has to really watch what she eats and eat frequently. You might want to look into it.
