Thanks for your input at my post below...

But as I said I have not been treated and have not had a normal period since about April and that normal period actually surprised me because I havent had one that went normally like that without problems such as later(like a day or two after) bleeding in a while..so yes i was surprised that it happened.

But as far as becoming pregnant...many people with CAH have done so, but i dont know about whether or not it will be more difficult without being treated because as you know you do have to ovulate to make conceiving more promising, but anything can happen.
