Just wanted to put in a quick word so you don't worry unnecessarily - I think your doctor meant you won't (or may not) ovulate without medication but that you could ovulate with medication. I used to be in an infertility support group (I don't have Cah - one of my kids does) and everyone got pregnant - there was no one left in the group (not to say that some people won't but modern medicine is wonderful). One woman tried for 10 years and then took Clomid once and got pregnant.
