I think you are right to try to find out the reason for your problems. Have you asked the RE to look into it? I have read that DHEA is not a very reliable test and that is why they look at DHEAS, but since you put exclamation points by it, I assume it is very high. What was the reference range for that, also the free testosterone?
The definitive test for LOCAH would be the 17 hydroxyprogesterone--ask your dr to check it and make sure it is done early in the morning. Good luck!
