Kat-
Thanks for your reply. I still hadn't had my first period by the time I turned 16 this year, so I went to my doctor and she had me take this progesterone pill (or something like that) which would make me have a period. After taking that, I did have a period. After that I had a blood test to determine what was up. That showed mildly elevated DHEA levels, which indicated that I have a mild form of non-classic CAH. I don't want to get pregnant for at least another 5-10 years at least, considering I'm only 16, and I'm not sexually active, so I'm not really worried about pregnancy. I'm just wondering if CAH can cause some peole not to ovulate...and if that is the case with me, why does my doctor want to make me have periods to avoid uterine lining build-up if I'm not ovulating, because I thought that the lining doesn't thicken unless if you are ovulating. I'm just really confused and my thoughts barely even make sense to me...sorry if I made absolutely no sense, lol. thanks again for your reply!
