re: re: re: Menstruation and LOCAH question

Although,  you are not ovulating your hormones do cause the uterine lining to continue to thinkin.  It is important that you take medication to cause a period at least once every three months or so to ensure this lining gets shed and does not thicken.  As over time this thickening can leed to precancer and cancerous changes.  This is easily avoidable by insuring that you do indeed use medications if not getting periods on your own to ensure that you to shed the lining every few months.  slightly elevated DHEAS by itself is not conclusive for LOCAH.  You really need to see and endochronologist and have furter testing done and get your questions answered and get on proper medications to maintain good health.   At age 16 the long term changes to the uterus are not likley going to be an issue right now but you do need to insure your wellbeing for the future.  I am 40 and had precancer cells at the age of 30.  This is very easily avoided by assuring you do have periods.  Ovulating is the issue for fertility but insurring a healthy uterine lining is imperative for good long term health.
