I dont have CAH but my son does. I also have a lump on the roof of my mouth also with a dent in it, my dentist tells me this is normal and common. I once burnt it with a hot potaoto which caused a yellow spot on it and it was extremely painful. Do you think you could have burnt it or just jabbed it with some sharp food? I also have a small hard lump bottom jaw below the teeth too, which of course is always worrying but my dentist has the same thing, and so do several of my friends, I had forgotten about it until I read your post. Had both for as long as I can remember! Perhaps you should have a word with your dentist as they are so used to dealing with mouths etc!!! Good luck, and hope this helps.
