I am on such a low dose, that yeah I could see a 20% drop in efficacy effecting me. I only take 15mg all together. With no locah symptoms, no hair growth or acne. But when I changed over to generic I did get a few pimples (little painful ones that stayed a long time). But no hairgrowth. Now that I look back, it has been harder for me to get up in the morning but I thought it was because I have been taking allergy meds at night. When I didn't take the allergy med I couldn't sleep (insomnia), and my sinuses are/were draining.
When I started worrying about this stuff I didn't sleep for 2 nights even on Zyrtec. But for the last 2 nights and mornings I slept well and woke up well. Go figure.
