I actually lost weight on Dex. I'm on Dex and Synthroid. I feel better on dex, and before dex I was hungry all the time. Not the case anymore. Although I do understand that some people do have an increase in appetite on it. You shouldn't get moon face from .25 - and I started out for a year on .5 with no problems.
