Hi, I have PCOS, and my daughter has LOCAH. I am not young like you, I am 48, but I am having problems with re occuring vaginal infections, and vaginal dryness, and thinning. I also have head hair loss, more hair all over the rest of the body, fatigue, anxiety, panic attacks, depression etc. Part of my problem is caused by PCOS, the others are from perimenopause. Have you had all of your hormones tested, and thyroid too? BTW, you don't have to always have cysts on your ovaries to have PCOS. Take care, I hope you find some answers. Keep looking, if you feel there's something not right, , but your doc disssmisses it, find another doc. Go with your instincts!!!
