Sounds like the main symptom in NCAH that children are treated for is advanced bone age and my daughter doesn't have that yet. Certainly later on we will watch for hersutism and cystic acne as well. She does have underarm/pubic hair and body odor, but eventually everyone does. We do everything we can to make sure these things are taken care of the way they need to be and that she is not uncomfortable with them. As of July, our most recent trip to Dartmouth, she was completely prepubertal. How old is your son and is he pre/post puberty?
