I have similar symptoms and I am sorting them out as well. No loss of pubic hair, though. I don't know what would cause that. As for vaginal infections, I do find I am more susceptible to those than the average person so I take acidophilus, which is a concentrated form of the bacteria found in yogurt. This has helped me. As for vaginal dryness I know my mom who is menopausal has this problem and her doctor gave her a pill that helps her with this. I call her later and ask her what it is. I know the fatigue has been the worse part for me. I feel like my life in some respects is passing me by. There is so much I want to do, but I'm just too tired to do it, and too exhausted to enjoy it when I do.
