8 year daughter diagnosed with NCAH-please respond ASAP Sep. 10th, 2007 9:00pm
Hi-
My daughter was just diagnosed with NCAH. We haven't even met with the endo yet-coming up on 9/15/07. She did have a ACTH test done, and I'm guessing the diagnosis was determined then. He said "dont worry". Should I be worried, and is there a chance this could be misdiagnosed? Also, what are the questions I should be asking on Friday? I also have a 3 year son, should he be tested? Anyone out there have a daughter diagnosed at that age, and if so, how old is she now, and how severe are her symptoms-did you opt for treatment? Anyone out there, please respond quickly. I'm feeling so devistated!
